Alysa wears many hats within the company, working closely with the sales team to ensure seamless processing of new customer paperwork. She’s also the go-to person for overseeing the Illinois SREC program process, ensuring every customer enjoys a hassle-free experience. But wait, there's more – she also serves as a vital link between grant writers and the USDA REAP program, making sure all the moving parts align perfectly. And let's not forget her role as the lead event coordinator for the company's party planning committee – talk about a fun gig!

So, what led this remarkable individual to pursue a career with Legacy Solar? It all began during her junior year at Illinois State University when Angie Luginbuhl, one of the company's bright minds, extended an invitation that changed everything. Starting off with basic bookkeeping and a bit of nannying for Angie and Luke's kids, she quickly found her stride within the company. Her organizational skills and attention to detail became invaluable as she streamlined processes and made magic happen behind the scenes.

Navigating a predominantly male industry as a woman certainly presented its challenges, but Alysa has emerged stronger and more confident. She learned to trust her voice and her ability to make a meaningful impact for the company and its customers.
